To determine & implement a measurement system that would connect company strategies, processes, departments employees together into one integrated system.

Actions

A proprietary application was developed that required clarification of company strategies, determination of a system of measures throughout the business and a governance system to collect, manage and respond to under-performing measures contained within a real-time electronic dashboard.

Results

An electronic dashboard that was used to create alignment with strategies and the necessary actions to empower employees, make decisions and drive business results.
