To become more viable, diversify and grow the physician practice while simultaneously improving its net income.

Actions

Conducted a business assessment to identify gaps, then determined a series of interventions/ actions such as changes to operating structure, job roles, insurance and hospital network contracts, and new staffing models.  Continuing to support practice as business manager leading strategic planning and numerous operational improvements.

Results

The practice net income and productivity per physician doubled.
